       Wrestling Oneself

As much as people aim for a more competent image, overthinking comes in place as it becomes one of its mindset to do so. Indeed, it's pretty much normal to do such thing yet its just the matter of how to deal with it. From the word itself, 'big picture' defines as the complete perspective of an issue nor a situation. By just reading the quote, it implies that one should think of the future or consider of other parallel factors and not just to converge on the small details in which I personally utterly agree.

Wrestling with the big picture has various ways to deal with, one, could also be having insecurities, indeed, it's one of the contrary things to act upon. It leads us to keep on running and hiding which will be filled with regrets, with everything we've missed. People can see you. People are watching people. People will laugh at you, so what? staying sheltered inside your room is far less frightening than exposing your naked soul for all the world to judge. You, need to move beyond the doubts, insecurities, fear and push forward towards the version of yourself that can stand strong in the face of the challenges and barriers. Hence, have you ever considered looking for the path of a better image without any fuss? I can utterly understand that oneself finds it laborious to deal with such thing as in fact, it isn't that simple to overcome. Yet it's a matter of knowing, finding and being prudent could possibly take in place.

It just simply says that it can also be used to remind people not to fret over small problems in which questions such as "what if's" comes in place, I personally have been dealing with it more specifically recently. Yet a simple thing that I'll take, decisions that I make could lead to various of ways likewise, overthinking. Engrossing myself in just one simple situation could take time to deal with and it has been a thing. When doubting, I slowly keep on analyzing nor asking myself to those acts that I've made. When not contented, I keep on seeking to look for a better image to at least lessen the worries on why things did happen, in which having anxiety highly takes place.

By just reading the quotes it interprets to remind others to not reflect that much of the bigger picture as you overthink of it, to try and make decisions that help the situation apparent not complex. In my view, the quote deals with overthinking, it mainly focuses on it. " Wrestle with the big picture", usually occur to individuals that trying to look for more better image yet indeed leads them to hurt their one's head.

"Best things come when it's unexpected". It's better this way as people tend to gain when you have stopped striving toward a goal, and will no longer conceive about something that you put great effort into attempting to achieve previously. If you don't expect the unexpected you will not find it, for it is not to be and unwilling to entertain the improbable opportunity that comes looking for you. This certain quote speaks that gripping into one's image will surely lead to such unfavorable decisions. Thus, why not try to let things roll on its own way besides that could be a great thing to start with. Though, it may not be related to the quote that much yet it just reminds me of it.

In life, you don't need to know the big pictureyou simply just need to know what you're going to do next. We're only able to think 'big picture' to perceive better where the day to day life yet it seems like a problem you're never going to solve, not yet, as it takes up more space in ourselves. Self-talk could take place as it regulates you on what's going in and out of yourself yet you can step back from all of the noise and see the bigger picture. Stuck thoughts, on the other hand, speaks on the brick walls that form a prison around your mind. The harder you try to get rid of them, the more dominant they become and that usually happens. When having an intrusive thought first to do is to respond with logic, thinking that you quiet down the voice yet you empowers it. You allow it to debate with you and make its case. Thus, why bother to seek for more? when you can just be contented besides that isn't fatal at all.
